U.S. GRANT PILGRIMAGE / PATCHES FROM THE BEGINNING

A popular activity of the U.S. Grant Pilgrimage is patch trading. Scouts find great enjoyment in remembering good times- The Market House will again be used as a place of trading. Mugs, merit badges, local event patches, and other items will be traded in this area.

All patch traders who do this as a hobby must register with the Pilgrimage to participate. Only trading will be allowed - no cash sales. The trading area will be supervised. A Galena city ordinance prohibits goods peddling, including patches. The Blackhawk Area council supports this ordinance which will be enforced by the proper law enforcement agencies, and THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE!!
